You can allow reservations to be made from your website.

To use the Web Booking Configuration Wizard:

Select Configure Web Bookings from the Web Bookings menu. The wizard will appear.

Step 1. Welcome

The first step welcomes you to the wizard and indicates what it does. To continue:

1. Click the Next button.

Step 2. Entering your booking email address.

Enter the email address where the bookings should be sent:

1. Enter the Booking Email Address.
2. Click the Next button.

Step 3. Choose your email provider.

If you're not sure then leave the default selected.:

1. Choose your email provider or select custom for your own CGI script.
2. Click the Next button.

Step 4. Finished

All of the necessary information has been entered. To continue:

1. Click the Next button.

You can now create a Booking Web Page:

1. Select Create Web Bookings Page from Bookings on the main menu.
2. Enter the file name to create.
3. Click the Save button.

You can now upload the Booking Web Page to your website.

Tips

· You can repeat this procedure should any settings change.
