Added new Kennel Card feature, this prints a series of cards that can be attached to kennels showing the details of the pet and booking. Select Reports and then More Reports to view the Kennel Cards. - Many thanks to Lesley for this suggestion.
Added new database folder view, this allows you to see the location where the database file is located. This file holds all of your reservation and other details, which should be backed up on a regular basis. Fixed bug on Advanced Calendar, where a selected booking was not marking all of the Kennels with the "Booking" indication.

Added Back/Next buttons to booking screen, these are duplicates of the existing buttons. However it should save time on large resolution monitors, since the new buttons are physically placed next to the data entry section. - Many thanks to Jon W for this suggestion.
The Advanced Calendar is now showing all bookings that have been selected on the Booking List. This should allow for easier editing and adding of new bookings.
